For those too lazy too read much I’ll quickly sum up the ROE here:

If you do not attack/spell/item a WIZZ mage then chances are no wizz mage will attack/spell/item you!
You might want to just check special conditions
Wizz does not make 'Random' attacks, we can however make targeted attacks

If you Random attack a wizz mage we will hit you once, taking land (a hit which a wizz does not take land will not count) for every 1% or part thereof damage you do to a wizz mage
If you Random attack wizz with 7 attacks in a week you will be permanantly hitlisted
If you Random attack wizz 15 times in a reset we will hitlist you permenantly
If you Attack 3 or more wizz mages within 26 hours (yes thats right 26 hrs) you will be hitlisted
an attack will be considered to be any spell/Item/or any type of attack

Loots/sabotages will count as 3 hits for each % point or part thereof lost, and will count as 3 attacks for hitlisting purposes
spell/Items will count as 5 hits for each % points or part thereof, and will count as 5 attacks for hitlisting purposes
Use of blizzard/POD/SC will see you deathlisted

If you counter any wizz hit made within the conditions of our ROE you will be deathlisted
Anyone who makes 20 hits on wizz over the reset or 12 hits in one week will be deathlisted
Anyone who softens a wizz mage for another mage will be hitlisted, A second soften will see you deathlisted
Attacking a wizz who is running or online may see you instantly hitlisted

Any mage who hits wizz can be targetted with attacks/spells/items for the time they appear on our guild incomings.
These attacks during this time are not included in later recovery for the purpose of %lost=wizz hits

Special conditions:
      Outbidding a wizz on the market:
If it gets to the point we are prepared to hunt down your mage then we will spell/item/loot/attack/loot you as we deem fit
     Bountying a wizz mage will see you hitlisted or speciallisted.
     If you say something bad, nasty or nagative about or to a wizz mage or the guild with ingame messages, on IRC or on a forum we will hitlist or hunt for your mage to hitlist you.
     If you message (PM,arrow or other)us complaining or whining about this ROE we will Deathlist you
    Any guild that has more than 25% of mages in the top 10 or more than 1 mage in the top 4 risks having their whole guild hitlisted/speciallisted/deathlisted
Any NAP Ring that has more than 25% of mages in the top 10 or more than 1 mage in the top 4 risks having their whole NAP ring hitlisted/speciallisted/deathlisted
    Any mage with moonbeam or who mulds will be hitlisted
    Building the same wonder as wizz and refusing to tear it down (regardless if the wonder is a unique or not) may see your entire guild hitlisted



Wizz may take their counter at anytime during the reset by the mage attacked or by proxy.
If a situation arises that is not covered in this ROE we will act according to that situation.
A Hitlisted mage is a mage who can be attacked or multi'd by any wizz mage anytime
A deathlisted mage can be spelled/itemed and killed in anyway we see fit
A speciallisted mage means we will list you under certain circunstances to achieve a certain aim

A special/hitlisted mage may negotiate his position or have his guild leader/diplomat do it for him
For hitlisted mages this will have to include a promise not to hit wizz again with automatic deathlisting if they break it
A deathlisted mage may attempt to negotiate but will have a tiny chance to negotiate off
